Your Try Scuba experience begins with a friendly welcome and a short briefing from our certified instructor. We’ll introduce you to the scuba equipment, explain how it works, and teach you basic skills like how to breathe underwater, clear your mask, and equalize your ears. Everything is explained step by step, in simple language, and you can ask questions anytime.
Next, you’ll start in shallow, calm water—either at the beach or in a pool-like area—where your instructor helps you practice each skill until you feel comfortable. Once you’re confident, it’s time for the real adventure: your first open water dive!
We’ll guide you through one of Bali’s best beginner-friendly sites, such as Tulamben’s Coral Garden or the famous USAT Liberty Wreck, or Amed’s colorful coral reefs. You’ll dive up to 6–10 meters, surrounded by tropical fish, soft corals, and maybe even turtles. Each dive lasts about 30–45 minutes, depending on your comfort level.
Throughout the experience, your instructor stays by your side, ensuring your safety and helping you enjoy every moment underwater. After the dive, relax with some refreshments, share stories, and celebrate your first step into the world of scuba diving—because with Bali Celebes Dive, dive is serious fun!
