Experience the underwater world in a whole new light with the SSI Night & Limited Visibility Specialty Course at Bali Celebes Dive. This 2-day program with 3 open water dives is designed to help you feel confident and comfortable diving when visibility is low or after sunset—when the ocean truly comes alive.
The course begins with a short classroom session at our dive center, where you’ll learn how to plan and prepare for night dives, use dive lights effectively, communicate underwater in the dark, and navigate safely in limited visibility conditions.
Then, you’ll head out for your open water training dives at Tulamben or Amed, including one or two night dives at the famous USAT Liberty Wreck or nearby reefs. You’ll practice essential skills like light handling, buddy communication, buoyancy control, and underwater orientation—all while discovering nocturnal marine life such as shrimp, crabs, lionfish, and sleeping turtles.
By the end of the course, you’ll earn your SSI Night & Limited Visibility Specialty certification, gaining the confidence to dive in darker or murkier conditions anywhere in the world. With Bali Celebes Dive, you’ll uncover a different side of Bali’s underwater magic—because dive is serious fun, day or night!
